These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Breath Bakery website and any orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable or a delivery slot is fully booked.
Delivery
Delivery dates and time slots are selected at checkout and are estimates. We aim to deliver within the selected window but delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. Free delivery applies to orders over 250 AED; a flat delivery fee applies below that threshold.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our cakes and desserts are freshly made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. As baked goods are perishable, refunds are only offered where an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any concerns.
Allergens
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
