Because our cakes and desserts are freshly made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns once an order has been placed.
Refunds
As baked goods are perishable, refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is incorrect
- Your order is not delivered
Please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery window with any concerns, along with photos where applicable, so we can look into it quickly.
Allergens
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance.
